How do I contact uChoose Rewards? ›

Service Credit Union Visa® Everyday Preferred cards will earn one point for every dollar spent, while Service Credit Union Visa® Signature Everyday Elite cards will earn one-and-a-half points for every dollar spent. Plus, you can earn even more points when you shop at participating retailers listed on this site.

Redeeming Points

All points must be redeemed using either (i) the Program website located at www.uchooserewards.com, or (ii) through the third-party participating merchants in the Pay with Points program.

In order to view uChoose Rewards points balance and redeem, login to the Online Banking or Mobile App, and click Control My Card. Then select Rewards in the menu. You can redeem points for cash, gift cards, travel points, or more! YOU decide how you want to be rewarded.

Go to your card issuer's website

How long does it take for uChoose Rewards to arrive? ›

It can take up to 60 days for transactions to appear on the Point Details page. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 60 days, please contact the number or email listed on the uChoose Rewards Contact Us page for assistance.
